RAYCON EX1

RAYCON D+ MX

With an integrated reject. Two model variants are available, the Raycon D Medium handles packs up to 200mm high and 660mm wide. Can be configured as true multilane inspection devices to enable production line convergence. Detection of metals stone, glass, rubber and high density plastics in addition to calcified bone. Rated to IP66.

RAYCON D+ HX

Shown with covers open for easy access featured on all models. Offers detection accuracy from 0.3 mm stainless steel, better than the 0.8 mm required by IFS. An Auto-Learn function makes operation very simple and intuitive. Multi-product software enables automatic inspection of different products on one line. Automatic edge detection adapts the filter to the product contours. In addition, the RAYCON automatically sets the optimal X-ray power for maximum detection accuracy during the learn-in process (Auto KV). RFID login for increased ease of use.

Raycon D+ MX & HX BULK

The RAYCON D+ MX Bulk has an integrated feed hopper with optional vibratory chute for even distribution of the bulk material over the complete conveyor width. The machine is equipped as standard with a reject system with 4 separate pneumatically driven flaps. For minimal loss of good material, the reject system can also be optionally expanded to up to 20 flaps or segmented blowing nozzles. reliably detect foreign bodies such as metals, glass, ceramics, stones, raw bones, PVC etc

Raycon D+ HX LW Hygienic

The RAYCON is curtainless, has hygienic surfaces (< Ra 0.8 μm) and also passive cooling instead of a filter fan or air conditioning unit.
